On november 05th 2014 the president of the university of Lüneburg, Prof. Dr. Hartwig Donner, awarded the „AUSBILDUNGS – UND INNOVATIONSPREIS 2014“. Many visitors followed the invitation of the chairman of the employers’ association Lüneburg and northeast lower saxony, Markus Meyer.

According to Markus Meyer the change in the world of employment leads to increasing challenges for training and development. Being short on raw materials and an export oriented country, Germany experiences increasingly strong global competition. Well trained Employees and innovative production processes are the key criteria for corporate and commercial success.

Therefor the foundation’s goal is to promote training and innovation through annually awards. Being a regional foundation we see special importance in honoring and publishing the excellent performance of small and medium businesses, Markus Meyer reported.

This year CEOs Mathias Rösler and Peter Kaiser received the award. In a short speech Mathias Rösler thanked the foundation and invited all guests to a tour through the training center and the production facilities comprising 5500 sqm.
