At August Müller CNC-Zerspanungstechnik GmbH, we manufacture workpieces in single, small and medium series.
With our lathing, milling, grinding, honing and eroding machines, we can provide you with complete machining in most cases.
The procurement of materials, surface treatments, hardness implementation as well as any desired varnishing are carried out by our reliable and certified subcontractors.
August Müller CNC machining technology has years of know-how in working with materials that are difficult to cut, such as titanium, tungsten and nickel-based alloys.
We are familiar with machining brass, bronze and aluminum. We also have extensive experience with copper beryllium, inconel or Hastelloy.
In the event that it needs to be particularly fast, we can rely on our extensive raw material storage.
ISO-Certification 9001:2015
Our quality standards are aligned with ISO 9001:2015, which covers the area of “Production and sale of machine elements from CNC lathing, milling and grinding technology for machinery and plant engineering and for the automotive industry”. They have been proven on multiple occasions and are certified accordingly by the company SGS.

We have also certified ourselves in the Color Injection Test (PT).
Stampable after 3.1
As a sign of the proper re-stamping, our stamp was placed on the component.
The stamping is carried out in accordance with agreement No. 1326W026419 with the approval of TÜV Nord Systems GmbH & Co. KG
On request we issue the following certificates

As a professional metal machining company with over seventy years of experience, we are producing workpieces of highest quality standards for the industry. This measurable quality is visible in every single piece produced by us.
Everything under control
For many years now, we have been operating our own quality control department, which is overseen by a fully qualified mechanical engineer. We are certified to DIN-ISO 9001:2015 by the company SGS.
