We machine what not everyone can
August Müller CNC-Zerspanungstechnik has years of expertise in working with difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium, tungsten and nickel-based alloys.
We have experience in machining brass, bronze and aluminium.
We also have extensive experience with copper-beryllium, Inconel and Hastelloy.
The right procedure for everything
Your drawing is converted into a CNC programme by our programming department.
Thanks to our turning, milling, grinding, honing and eroding machines, we can guarantee complete machining in most cases.
Numerous different CNC and milling machines are available for the production of your workpiece. We turn components with a diameter of up to 650 mm and a length of up to 4.5 m and can mill with millimetre precision (up to 3 decimal places) using software-controlled 5-axis machining.
In addition to classic grinding, we also use flow grinding and trovalising.
We treat the surfaces using methods such as pressure blasting and can finish your product with a laser engraving on request.
If things need to be done particularly quickly, we have access to our extensive stock of raw materials.
Our flexible machinery enables us to offer numerous other processes.

The procurement of materials, surface treatments, hardening and any desired paintwork are carried out by our trustworthy and certified subcontractors.
ISO-Certification 9001:2015
Our quality standards are aligned with ISO 9001:2015, which covers the area of “Production and sale of machine elements from CNC lathing, milling and grinding technology for machinery and plant engineering and for the automotive industry”. They have been proven on multiple occasions and are certified accordingly by the company SGS.
Stampable after 3.1
As a sign of the proper re-stamping, our stamp was placed on the component.
The stamping is carried out in accordance with agreement No. 1326W026419 with the approval of TÜV Nord Systems GmbH & Co. KG
ISO-Certification 9712 stage 2
We have also certified ourselves in the Color Injection Test (PT).
On request we issue the following certificates

As a professional metal machining company with over seventy years of experience, we are producing workpieces of highest quality standards for the industry. This measurable quality is visible in every single piece produced by us.
Everything under control
For many years now, we have been operating our own quality control department, which is overseen by a fully qualified mechanical engineer. We are certified to DIN-ISO 9001:2015 by the company SGS.
Locksmithery
Our in-house metalworking shop provides customised metal solutions, fast repairs and high quality.
Outgoing goods
Every step, from the warehouse to dispatch, is carried out with the utmost precision. Together, we ensure perfect delivery – always focussing on maximum customer satisfaction.
